"Purpose" is one of those words that gets thrown around a lot, especially in leadership, coaching, and personal development circles. But when we strip it back, it comes down to one question:
Do you know why you do what you do?
If you are reading this, the chances are that you are successful in many conventional senses. You have achieved, you have delivered, and you have kept the plates spinning. But deep down, do you feel like you're doing what you are meant to do?
I do not advocate finding your perfect, pre-written life mission. I advocate finding clarity, gaining better alignment, and focusing your energy.
It is about the sense that your day-to-day actions are part of a bigger sense of purpose that matters to you.
It is fair to say that when you lack a clear sense of purpose, you can feel:
I believe that when purpose is present, it anchors you. Your decisions become simpler, your confidence grows, and your resilience deepens. You are not drifting; you are directing.
