Direction fuels momentum.
You do not need a whole life plan, but to gain and keep momentum, you do need a clear picture of what matters to you in the future.
Otherwise, your energy gets scattered, and progress stalls.
Some things will require short-term focus, while others will be longer-term dreams and wishes. Either way, naming them starts to build momentum.
Once you have focused, your next chapter will have shape and purpose.
